En un post anterior empezamos a ver la solución de Altaro para respaldar los datos de nuestro tenant de Office 365:
Recordad que la solución de backup para Office 365 de Altaro es un modelo de backup cloud to cloud, no es necesario instalar nada en la infraestructura on-premises.

Altaro O365 Backup - Versión End Users: ¿Cómo recuperar?
La recuperación la tenemos dividida de la siguiente forma:
Podemos recuperar todo un buzón, todos los ficheros de OneDrive de un usuario y todos los ficheros de un site de Sharepoint.
Por otro lado, tenemos la recuperación granular:
En la recuperación granular, podemos elegir los elementos a recuperar, por un lado, seleccionamos el tipo de cuenta:
Y por otro el usuario:
Altaro O365 Backup - Versión End Users: Auditoria
Una opción muy interesante es la opción “Audit”
Con esta opción podemos ver las distintas acciones que se han ido realizando sobre el tenant e incluso las podemos exportar a CSV:

Tal y como hemos podido ver, vía este panel podemos hacer copia de seguridad y restore de todos los elementos de nuestro tenant de O365, por tanto el acceso a esta cuenta debe ser protegido.
Para ello, además de configurar una contraseña compleja, sería buena idea configurar el segundo factor de autentificación.
Podemos realizar esta configuración en: “Your account” - “Account Settings” y el apartado: “Two-factor authentication”
